Role
Principal UX & UI Designer
Participate UI planning meeting, and create wireframe, flow, Prototype, style guide, final assets and Deliver Specs.
Challenge and Discovery
Municipal Financial Advisors, Bankers, and Issuers are often not on site or in an office,
but are still interested in viewing a sale in real time.
Currently, changes to deals are communicated via phone calls, text messages,
and emails, leading to a disconnect and potentially outdated information
Ipreo has a good desktop solution in place, but customer perception is
beginning to indicate that Ipreo is slow to innovate and implement new solutions,
which may risk loss of market share to competitors.
A mobile app that provides real time deal status and alerts to Issuers, Financial Advisors,
Bankers, and Underwriters will significantly improve those users’ ability to stay up to
date on the status of a deal while out of the office and help prevent under-informed
decisions and reputational damage. In addition, Ipreo will tout an innovative and
powerful new solution that differentiates it in the market and provides value that
Underwriters and Financial Advisors can sell up to Issuers.

Persona
Team use A Persona data very heavily.
We have persona library. We spend an enough time to review all
possible Persona files and chose them and modify them. Any small
change or add features, we put a persona in the center and questioning
how she/he will response over any change or new adding.
Flow and Wireframe
card sorting : Card sorting is a method used to help
design and assess the information architecture of your product.
It’s a great way for users to categorize your products components in
a way that makes sense to them. Four users went through this process
and helped create a more enjoyable user flow.
Wire-frames : Wire-framing is a great technique that
allows you to iterate quickly with little cost to time or energy.
Based on the trials above I came up with a low fidelity mock-up which
improves the dashboards structure and functionality.
Prototype
Use proto.Io was best way to show develop how this web is
interacting with user and how the looks like.
We used Ptoto.IO for final visual delivery tool too.
Hall way test and Iterate
We scheduled hall way test very often from outside team. Sometimes observe how they discover certain way. Sometimes give option to choose.
